He might just be the most profoundly blissful musician I've ever heard.
And being that he was one of the main influences on Don Cherry's work, understandably so.
If you can find it [for free], and trust me it's not easy, I highly recommend the album Ancient Africa.

LOL, my neighbour invited me to demonoid last year but I lost the login information. I don't really like him that much so it's not worth it for me to go over there and ask to be invited again.

ancient africa turned out to be african suite because it was a birthday gift from my mother and she said it was being delivered late but it was "that cd you wanted...the one with something about africa"

later she said "oops, they didn't have the one you wanted, so i got the one with africa in the title."

idk why she insists on buying things at barnes and noble instead of amazon...much smaller selection.

oh well. its a very very different album all together, but its good so no worries. just not what i was hoping for. still, its a nice gift.
